If your current window tint is looking bubbly, distorted, or just plain horrible......We can remove it!
We use the latest techniques to remove old window tint without damaging the glass of your vehicle. With rear window tint removal, there is a possibility of defrost lines being damaged. With our methods, the risk of damaged defrost lines is very minimal.
We always recommend to drop off your vehicle for any service we offer. If you choose to wait for your vehicle, we cannot guarantee a completion time as each vehicle is treated with the same process and care, and time for services performed may vary.
We do prep the interior of the glass on your vehicle before we tint them. If possible, we do ask that you run your vehicle through a car wash if your vehicle is dirty, covered in road salt, etc.
You will see water streaks on the exterior of your vehicle after a window tinting service. This is NORMAL. We do not wipe down the outside of your vehicle which could scratch your vehicle's paint.
Distortion, haze, and water pocketing is normal with freshly tinted windows. Most of this will dissipate after 3 days, and make take up to 30 days to fully cure and for all of the above mentioned things to fully disappear depending on the outdoor temperature and sun's intensity.
There will be a sticker placed over the window switches on your driver's door to remind you to NOT roll the windows down for a minimum of 3 days. You may remove this sticker once the initial dry time of 3-5 days has passed.
You will receive a reminder text on the day you schedule your appointment. You will also receive a text the day before, the morning of, and after the completion of your vehicle. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment before the scheduled date, the automated text will give you the option to cancel your appointment ahead of time.
The lifetime warranty on all 3 lines of window tint that we carry guarantees the film against bubbling, peeling, fading, distortion, etc.
The warranty does NOT cover physical damage from a foreign object, film failure due to lack of care/maintenance, or intentional damage.
