Do you do same day appointments?

In most cases, YES WE CAN!.

How long will my service take?

The only times we will quote will be how long the actual service takes; not the length of your appointment. We do not guarantee completion times. You will get your vehicle back the same day.

Do you have a key drop box for before or after hours drop off?

Yes, we do. It's located right outside of our main entrance. Simply open the top door, drop your keys in, and we will send you a text when your vehicle is ready!

Will you call me when my vehicle is ready?

We use an advanced scheduling system that will send you texts the day your appointment is scheduled, the day before your appointment, and the morning of your appointment. The system will also text you when your vehicle is ready for pickup.

Can I wait for my vehicle to be serviced?

Yes, you can. We cannot guarantee how long your visit with us will be unfortunately. We ask that you arrange for a ride to drop your vehicle off. Also, Uber does service our area as well. We are a high volume location that services 12-15 vehicles daily. We do not promise completion times due to our high volume. The only guarantee we do make is that your vehicle will be completed the same day. Please note, that if you require an appointment where you are able to wait, it may be an extended amount of time before we have availability as we only schedule a certain number of waiting customers daily.

Do you offer online appointment scheduling?

Yes!! As of 4/27, we are now accepting online appointments!
