Cancellation Policy

We use an automated text system for appointment reminders.  These texts give you the opportunity to cancel/reschedule your appointment up to the day before your appointment.  

If you no call/no show for your appointment, your information will be noted to collect a $50 deposit upon your next appointment scheduling.  The deposit will be applied to your next invoice as a credit upon successful completion of your appointment.  If you no call/no show for your new appointment, your deposit is surrendered and non-refundable.
